Se emplearon 34 ovejas de raza merina con un peso con un peso entre 19,5 y 31,0 kg, divididas en tres grupos (2, 8 y 12 meses de evolucion). Se realizo estudio de la vascularizacion, histolog\u00eda (microscopia optica y electronica) y estudio biomecanico. La diafanizacion evidencio a los 8 meses una rica red vascular endoligamentaria en ambos tipos de injerto que fue menos evidente a los 12 meses. Se observo una proliferacion de fibroblastos a los 2 meses con una reduccion en la densidad celular y vascular y mayor organizacion fibrilar hacia los 12 meses, el estudio ultraestructural mostro que a los 12 meses todavia se verifica un proceso activo de remodelacion de los injertos. Ambos tipos de injerto mostraron a los 8 meses un 50% de la carga maxima del lca con un incremento a los 12 meses mas manifiesto en el subgrupo homoinjerto. Se concluye que ambos tipos de injerto sufren un proceso de regeneracion y remodelacion no finalizado al a\u00f1o de evolucion y que la carga maxima de los homoinjertos es al menos igual a los
