Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se describe la sintesis de las nuevas series 6-nitro-2-aril-1,2,3,4- tetrahidro-4-oxopirido(2,3-d) pirimidinas y de 6-amino-2-aril-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-4-oxopirido(2,3-d) pirimidinas y de 6-amino-2-aril-1,2,3,4 tetrahidro-4-oxopirido(2,3-d)pirimidinas asi como sus respectivos 1,3-dimetil derivados. La sintesis se realizo a partir de la 2-amino-5-nitro-3-piridincarboxamida o de la n-metil-2-metilamino-5-nitro-3-piridincarboxamida. Las series 6-amino se han obtenido por reduccion de las respectivas series 6-nitro. Paralelamente se han sintetizado nuevos derivados de 5-oxo-5h- paralelamente se han sintetizado nuevos derivados de 5-oxo-5h-(1,3)tiazolo (3,2-a)pirido (3,2-eipirimidina sustituidos en posicion \u00ab3\u00bb a partir del 2-cloro-5-nitro-3-piridin. Carboxilato de etilo.  se han determinado la actividad diuretica de estos compuestos, resultados tres productos con marcado caracter diuretico.  del estudio de estructura actividad sobre las nuevas series bajo el metodo als (minimos cuadrados adaptados) se han obtenido unas buenas funciones.
