Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las aportaciones originales de esta tesis se centran en la puesta a punto de nuevos metodos analiticos para la determinacion extracto-espectrofotometrica de bajas concentraciones de los aniones bromuro, yoduro, tiocianato y sulfuro. Para el anion sulfuro se proponen dos metodos para su determinacion, directo e indirecto, por espectrofotometria ultravioleta-visible, basado uno en su reaccion con acetato de fenilmercurio (ii) y otro en su reemplazamiento del organo-mercurial por ddtc (dietilditiocarbamato) siendo este el fundamento, tambien, de los metodos propuestos para bromuro, yoduro y tiocianato.  en los dos casos las medidas de absorbancia se verifican sobre los productos de reaccion que se extraen en triclorometano.  en todos ellos se optimizan las condiciones de extraccion (de los respectivos haloorganomercuriales o dietilditiocarbamatos), asi como otros parametros cuantitativos en espectrofotometria, evaluando, ademas, la precision de los metodos y el nivel de tolerancia para un buen numero de aniones y cationes.  los metodos propuestos pueden ser enormemente valiosos para la determinacion de dichos aniones, a nivel de trazas, en matrices variadas: fluidos biologicos, muestras ambientales, preparados farmaceuticos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>\u00abel dietilditiocarbamato sodico como reactivo analitico para la determinacion indirecta de aniones\u00bb.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00abel dietilditiocarbamato sodico como reactivo analitico para la determinacion indirecta de aniones\u00bb. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Perez Hugalde M.
