Sin embargo se desconoce la importancia funcional del sitio de union localizado en la membrana mitocondrial interna de dichas celulas, siendo este el objetivo general de dicha memoria.  los movimientos de ca+2 mitocondriales implican rutas independientes de entrada y salida de ca+2. Los parametros cineticos que definen la actividad del uniportador de ca son km=20.9micron y vmax=148.1 nmoles ca+2\/mg.Min. El proceso de captacion de ca+2 no esafectado por farmacos dihidropiridinicos (dhp). El sistema de eflujo predominante es el intercambio na+\/ca+2 (km=4.2 mm; vmax=8.5 nmoles ca\/mg.Ln) que es modulado por los derivados dhp: nitrendipina inhibe de forma no competitiva la actividad del intercambio na\/ca. La fijacion de (3h)nitrendipina en mitocondrias intactas (kd=2.9 micron; bmax=6.02 pmol mg-1 prot) es afectada tan solo por los farmacos dhp que inhiben la actividad del intercambio na+\/ca+2, sugiriendo una relacion entre la union de los derivados dhp al receptor dhp mitocondrial con su efecto sobre el intercambio na+\/ca+2. Por tanto, una asociacion directa o indirecta entre el sitio de union mitocondrial de los derivados dhp con la entidad molecular responsable del intercambio na+\/ca+2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
