Los alimentos protegidos se caracterizan por mantenerse practicamente inalterados en el rumen siendo posteriormente hidrolizados y digeridos en el abomaso e intestino.  los resultados obtenidos ponen de manifiesto una clara tendencia hacia un mayor nivel productivo tanto en la produccion lechera como en la materia grasa y del extracto seco total en terminos absolutos y relativos; como consecuencia se ha determinado un mayor valor energetico de la leche.  en la fraccion grasa se han determinado un aumento de los acidos palmitico, estearico y oleico. En el tejido adiposo de los cabritos se observa una mayor proporcion de palmitoleico, oleico y linoleico, resultando una grasa mas insaturada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
