Aunque el tema objeto de estudio versa sobre la vertiente no societaria, se hace, no obstante, una referencia a las legislaciones que se decantan por la sociedad limitada unipersonal, para adentrarse luego en el analisis del patrimonio separado.  se enumeran despues las ventajas e inconvenientes del empresario individual de responsabilidad limitada para continuar con una breve exposicion de las principales criticas a la institucion.  posteriormente se lleva a cabo la valoracion de la pluralidad de teorias en torno a la figura, terminando con el examen de la naturaleza juridica de la
