Adem\u00e1s, la capacidad aglutinante de esta lectina permite seleccionar poblaciones esperm\u00e1ticas con alta motilidad, viabilidad y heterogeneidad mediante unproceso de swim-up\/lectina, mejorando los valores de estos tres par\u00e1metros respecto al swim-up\/dextrano.  2,- la utilizaci\u00f3n del diluyente de leche-yema con galactosa para la criopreservaci\u00f3n de semen ovino, en las condiciones experimentales descritas y sin aditivos, permite obtener mayor heterogeneidad celular, recuperar mayor n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas, viables tras el proceso de cccd y, por tanto, mantener mayor capacidad fecundante que el medio de fiser.  3,- la fracci\u00f3n proteica mayor de 3 kda del plasma seminal, utilizada como cioprotector, incrementa el n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas viables tras la descongelaci\u00f3n. su uso en combianci\u00f3n con vitamina e-acetato o una mezcla de \u00e1cidos oleico y linoleico mejora sustancialmente los par\u00e1metros de caldiad esperm\u00e1tica e incrementa los \u00edndices predictivos de fertilidad. La adici\u00f3n conjunta de los tres aditivos permiti\u00f3 obtener los mayores incrementos de motaldiad (600%), viabilidad (180%) y respuesta al hos-test (500%).  4,- la capacidad fecundante de las dosis seminales seleccionadas mediante swim-up\/dextrano negativo (desprovisto de cacl2 y nahco3) es significativamente mayor que la de semen completo y la de dosis seleccionadas mediante swim-up\/dextrano positivo, para un intervalo de 52 h entre la retirada de los progest\u00e1genos y la inseminaci\u00f3n intrauterina. La capacidad fecundante de la muestra de swim-up negativo no var\u00eda significativamente entre ambos protocolos, 52 h y 64 h de intervalo.  5,- el porcentaje de fertilidad alcanzado con
