La inyeccion de crna, transcrito a partir de estos cdnas, en oolitos de xenopus induce la aparicion de un sistema de transporte de aminoacidos cuyas caracteristicas funciones corresponden a las del previamente funcionalmente descrito sistema b 0,+. La distribucion tisular del mrna correspondiente parece restringida a la mucosa del intestino delgado, al ri\u00f1on y al pancreas.  la inyeccion de crna correspondiente a la cadena pesada del 4f2
