En este trabajo se han estudiado las caracteristicas fenotipicas de expresion de antigenos de membrana de las diversas clases de precursores hematopoyeticos en mo y sangre periferica (sp), en condiciones normales. De este analisis ha resultado un mayor conocimiento del tipo de precursores que en condiciones fisiologicas son movilizados a sp, coincidiendo estos con los mas indiferenciados.  la segunda parte del trabajo se ha dedicado a la purificacion de estos precursores por metodos de inmunoadsorcion, utilizando primero columnas de geles de poliacrilamida avidinizados y despues particulas magneticas. El objetivo principal de esta purificacion era su posterior utilizacion para posibles estrategias terapeuticas como el trasplante de mo y la terapia genica. Con estas tecnicas se consigue un incremento en la concentracion de celulas positivas de unas veinte veces, y una pureza que oscila entre un 11-90%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
