{"id":14186,"date":"2018-03-09T09:00:46","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nueva-familia-de-materiales-ceramicos-basados-en-manganitas-de-tierras-raras\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:00:46","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:00:46","slug":"nueva-familia-de-materiales-ceramicos-basados-en-manganitas-de-tierras-raras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/nueva-familia-de-materiales-ceramicos-basados-en-manganitas-de-tierras-raras\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva familia de materiales cer\u00e1micos basados en manganitas de tierras raras"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Guti\u00e9rrez Fallas Dionisio Alberto <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo se fundamenta en la importancia, como \u00e1rea de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica, de la estructura perovskita en \u00f3xidos dobles del tipo trmno3 (tr: tierra rara).  las aplicaciones de estos materiales como c\u00e1todo en pilas de combustible de \u00f3xidos s\u00f3lidos y la potencialidad que presentan fen\u00f3menos tan interesantes como la magnetorresistencia colosal, han centrado el inter\u00e9s hacia el estudio principalmente de la manganita de lantano, lamno3 con modificaciones en las posiciones a de la estructura abo3.  en este estudio se preparan materiales basados en la manganita de itrio, ymno3, de estructura hexagonal, que modificada con cationes de metales de transici\u00f3n en sustituci\u00f3n del cati\u00f3n de manganeso (co, ni, cu), lleva a una transici\u00f3n de la fase hexagonal a una de estructura perovskita de simetr\u00eda ortorr\u00f3mbica. La transici\u00f3n de fase se ha asociado principalmente a la reducci\u00f3n de la distorisi\u00f3n ocasionada por el efecto jahn-teller, debido a la presencia de los cationes mn3+. Adem\u00e1s, se ha estudiado el sistema (dy, ca)mno3, que muestra una estructura perovskita distorisionada y que presenta la caracter\u00edstica de contener el cati\u00f3n dy3+, cuyo momento magn\u00e9tico es muy alto, comparado con los otros cationes.  los materiales cer\u00e1micos presentan un comportamiento semiconductor cuyo mecanismo de conducci\u00f3n es mediante salto t\u00e9rmicamente activado de peque\u00f1o polar\u00f3n. Las propiedades magn\u00e9ticas muestran la combinaci\u00f3n de fen\u00f3menos de orden antiferromagn\u00e9tico y ferrom\u00e1gnetico, principalmente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
