En el capitulo 1 se resuelve un analogo al 17  problema de hilbert, i.E., Se caracterizan las fracciones racionales definidas positivas (positiustellensatz) para los cuerpos cadena-cerrados. En el segundo capitulo se estudia la teoria de modelos de los cuerpos cuasi real-cerrados, esto es, cuerpos que admiten una valoracion henseliana con cuerpo residual real-cerrado. En el capitulo 3 se extienden los teoremas de ax-kochen-ershov en caracteristica residual igual a cero, a\u00f1adiendo a la estructura del cuerpo un subgrupo del grupo multiplicativo del cuerpo de indice finito. En el capitulo 4 se caracterizan las inmersiones existencialmente cerradas para ciertos grupos abelianos ordenados.
