Si la empresa no esta en disposicion de adaptarse eficientemente a los continuos y, a veces, profundos cambios del mercado, sus probabilidades de exito son nulas.  la tesis parte de una rapida vision de los principios generalmente aceptados y de las metodolog\u00edas de las auditorias contables y de las auditorias administrativas o de gestion de empresas, que son de aplicacion a las auditorias de
