El trabajo se ha llevado a cabo en un autoclave en condiciones discontinuas. En toda la experimentacion se ha usado una relacion masica residuo\/lignito de 4 a 1 y una presion inicial de hidrogeno de 8 mpa, siendo el tiempo de reaccion de una hora a la temperatura de operacion. El estudio ha tenido lugar dentro del intervalo de temperaturas de 375-470 grados c. Asimismo, se ha realizado un estudio cinetico a fin de disponer de un modelo cinetico representativo de este coprocesado a 425 grados c. Los resultados indican una fuerte influencia de la temperatura en la conversion alcanzada.  usando catalizador, se obtiene una conversion maxima en el margen de 417 a 425 grados c. A partir de esta temperatura, la conversion decrece hasta valores negativos a partir de los 450 grados c.
