Cristina <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de esta tesis consiste en obtener plantas transgenicas de melon con tres genes relacionados con el estr\u00e9s salino y el estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico. Estos genes son: i)hal1 aislado en saccharomyces cerevisiae por el grupo del dr. Ramon serrano ibmcp, ii) tas14 aislado en plantas de tomate sometidas a estr\u00e9s hidrico por el grupo del dr. Jose antonio pintor toro (csic-sevilla), iii) tsw12, aislado en plantas de tomate sometidas a estr\u00e9s salino por el mismo grupo. Ademas, se ha realizado la evaluacion de la posible tolerancia a estos tipos de estr\u00e9s abiotico en la descendencia de estas plantas. La evaluacion de la tolerancia in vitro se realiza mediante la adici\u00f3n de distintas concentraciones de nac1 o-manitol al medio de cultivo.
