Las determinaciones fueron realizadas por eaa con llama (cobre, hierro, cinc, manganeso, niquel, cromo, calcio y magnesio), eea con llama (sodio y potasio) y espectroscopia uv-v (fosforo).  las operaciones del procesado industrial determinaron la existencia de diferencias estadisticamente significativas en las concentraciones de los 11 elementos en esparrago blanco. En esparrago verde, el lavado no supuso la aparicion de diferencias significativas. Los factores calibre y variedad proporcionan diferencias estadisticamente significativas en practicamente la totalidad de los elementos investigados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
