Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo contribuye al esclarecimiento de los siguientes puntos: 1.- Analisis de las causas de la diferente sensibilidad de e.Coli y s.Typhimurium a los efectos mutagenicos de diferentes agentes. 2.- Analisis de las causas de la diferente sensibilidad de dos estirpes de e.Coli a los efectos mutagenicos de ems. 3.- analisis del papel de las defensas enzimaticas oxidantes en la mutagenesis del estres oxidativo.Para ello se han construido, caracterizado y empleado estirpes de e.Coli k-12 que combinan la mutacion arad.3 con mutaciones en los genes ada y muc, asi como en los genes soda y sodb.Las estirpes construidas en el presente trabajo han demostrado ser una herramienta muy util en la evaluacion del potencial mutagenico de distintos tipos de agentes genotoxicos.
