Tinahones Madue\u00f1o <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Objetivo: estudiar la composicion apolipoproteica en pacientes hiperuricemicos y\/o hiperlipemicos y la excrecion renal de uratos para verificar alguna posible influencia de las alteraciones lipidicas en la excrecion renal de uratos. Pacientes y metodos: se estudiaron 99 pacientes hiperuricemicos, de los cuales 30 eran hiperuricemicos puros (hu), 27 hiperuricemicos hipercolesterolemicos (huhc), 9 hiperuricemicos hipertrigliceridemicos (huht) y 33 hiperuricemicos hiperlipemicos mixtos (huhm). Como grupo control se seleccionaron 16 sujetos normales.  se determino: colesterol total, trigliceridos totales, apoproteina ai, apoproteina b, colesterol en hdl, colesterol en ldl, trigliceridos en vldl, colesterol en vldl, apoproteina b en vldl, apo ciii en vldl, apo cii en vldl, fenotipos de apo e en vldl, aclaramiento y excrecion renal de acido urico.  resultados: los pacientes huhm y huht presentaron un incremento significativo en los componentes estructurales de la vldl, en el cociente apo chi\/ch y la disminucion significativa de los parametros de excrecion renal de uratos con respecto al resto de hiperuricemicos. En las correlaciones efectuadas entre los parametros lipidicos y la excrecion renal de uratos se encontraron correlaciones negativas entre los componentes estructurales de la vldl y la excrecion renal de urico.  conclusiones fundamentales: 1.- Los pacientes huhm y huht tienen una menor excrecion renal de acido urico, un incremento en los componentes estructurales de la vldl y un aumento del cociente apo ciii\/cii. 2.- La correlacion negativa entre la excrecion renal de urico y la vldl sugiere una estrecha relacion biologica entre ambos parametros. 3.- Dado el papel que la apoproteina c juega en el metabolismo de la vldl, los resultados obtenidos indican un papel protagonista de esta apoproteina en la fisiopatolog\u00eda de las alteraciones encontradas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio lipoproteico y apoproteico en pacientes hiperuricemicos-hiperlipemicos.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio lipoproteico y apoproteico en pacientes hiperuricemicos-hiperlipemicos. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 Francisco J.
