Se destaca este ultimo para el caso de la relajacion magnetica en medios desordenados. Tambien se proponen extensiones de la teoria de la susceptibilidad compleja para procesos de relajacion no-exponenciales. Se establece en este caso una conexion muy clara con las teorias de relajacion en materiales dielectricos.  se presentan medidas de relajacion magnetica en muestras policristalinas de magnetita dopada con vacantes, fe3-8o4, en el rango de temperaturas 200-800 k. Se observan picos de relajacion importantes entre 250 y 350k pico iii) y entre 400 y 500 k (pico i). Un analisis detallado de los datos experimentales da como resultado que una primera interpretacion de estos dos procesos como un after-effect combinado es demasiado simple.  en el rango de temperaturas del pico i han sido realizadas isotermas de largo tiempo, observandose dos tipos de comportamiento. Algunas isotermas tienden hacia un valor constante mientras otras muestran un comportamiento lineal a largos tiempos.
