Con los mismos se prepararon complejos de manganeso en estado de oxidacion (iii) y formula empirica, habitualmente del tipo mn (l) clo4.Nh2o.  estos complejos se caracterizaron por espectroscopias infrarroja, h1 rmn, epr, espectroscopia de masas (fab) y susceptibilidad magnetica. Tambien se estudiaron algunas estructuras cristalinas por difraccion de rayos x.  se estudio ademas, la capacidad fotolitica que para descomponer el agua tienen estos complejos.
