Y el posterior desarrollo de las plantas que de ellas se originaron, se realizaron 5 experimentos de cultivo, en los cuales se analizo el efecto de los factores: medio, iluminacion, temperatura, ph, salinidad, fitohormonas y fotoperiodo.  como conclusiones mas relevantes se puede se\u00f1alar que, agua de mar enriquecida en nutrientes, fundamentalmente nitrogeno y fosforo, en relacion n_p=2400:1, con la adiccion de 1mg\/l de bencil amino purina y bajo irradiancias de 20uem-2s-1 durante periodos de iluminacion de 16 horas, a temperaturas de 15 grados c, resultaron ser las condiciones mas favorables para la germonacion de las esporas y  desarrollo de jovenes plantulas.
