A partir de una genoteca de higado fetal humano se aislaron tres clones recombinantes, localizandose las regiones implicadas en la homolog\u00eda con smaia en tres fragmentos de restriccion que se denominaron humano2, human42 y human10. El analisis de la secuencia de nucleotidos mostro que estas regiones contenian secuencias cortas ricas en g\/c cuya estructura permite incluirlas dentro del grupo de los minisatelites. La homolog\u00eda entre el fragmento viral y los dnas humanos se debe principalmente a repeticiones del oligomero (ggc) tggg (g). Con el fin de detectar el polimorfimos asociado a las secuencias human10, human42 y humano2, se realizo un estudio preliminar por \u00absouthern blot\u00bb utilizando dnas procedentes de linfocitos perifericos de donantes sanos. Comprobamos que human10 y humano2 detectaban loci altamente polimorficos mientras que human42 detecto un locus aparentemente dialelicolocalizado en el cromosoma 1. El analisis por \u00abnorthern blot\u00bb de rnas procedentes de distintos tejidos de rata mostro que la sonda correspondiente a human10 detectaba un transcrito de aproximadamente 4700 bases en
