En particular se tratan dos familias de sistemas, a saber:  1,- redes de osciladores acoplados a pulsos.  2,- modelos de innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica basados en agentes interactuantes.  en los primeros sistemas se estudian redes con interacci\u00f3n de tipo inhibitorio. \u00e9stas dan lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de patrones espacio-temporales estables. en la tesis se realiza un estudio anal\u00edtico de la probabilidad de selecci\u00f3n de cada uno de estos estados estables.  cuando las interacciones entre los osciladores es del tipo excitario, el estado estable es siempre el estado sincronizado. En la tesis se estudia la interelaci\u00f3n existente entre las propiedades sincronizantes de la red y sus propiedades topol\u00f3gicas.  en la segunda parte de la tesis se introduce un modelo muy simple de difusi\u00f3n de innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas mediante t\u00e9cnicas matem\u00e1ticas similares a las utilizadas en el estudio de los ociladores acoplados. En el modelo de difusi\u00f3n de innovaciones se demuestra que el ritmo de avance optima para todo el sistema-sociedad se encuentra en el punto cr\u00edtico del modelo. tambi\u00e9n se demuestra que este comportamiento es invariante a la modificaci\u00f3n del modelo original.  finalmente se estudia las propiedades de \u00abscaling\u00bb del frente definido por el modelo de innovaciones mediante
