reticuloespinales."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Antonio Lamas Castro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Es este un estudio de los sistemas motores descendentes (corticoespinal, rubroespinal y reticuloespinal) en gatos anestesiados, paralizados y artificialmente ventilados.  los resultados mas relevantes obtenidos fueron:  1) la sincronizacion de velocidades antidromicas es un fenomeno generalizable a los tractos estudiados, siendo uno de los posibles factores de sincronizacion la propia actividad del axon ya que la actividad previa modifica su propia excitabilidad disminuyendo el umbral para estimulacion antidromica en un amplio rango de intervalos post-espiga. 2) las celulas corticofugales de la corteza motora precruciada intermedia envian un numero apreciable de colaterales a la formacion reticular bulbo-pontina contralateral (25%), colateralizando un mayor numero de celulas rapidas que lentas. 3) los efectos sinapticos de estas celulas corticofugales sobre neuronas reticuloespinales identificadas antidromicamente fueron siempre excitadores, y mientras que las celulas piramidales no-corticoespinales produjeron efectos mono y disinapticos, las celulas corticoespinales produjeron efectos monosinapticos en todos los casos estudiados.  estos efectos parecen producirse en las dendritas ya que corrientes de inyeccion tanto despolarizantes como
