Para ello utilizamos las tecnicas de transporte retrogrado de peroxidasa.  tambien hemos estudiado la organizacion de estos nucleos durante el periodo larvario, con especial atencion a sus aferencias en el sistema nervioso central, mediante el marcaje retrogrado y anterogrado con peroxidasa tanto \u00abin vivo\u00bb como \u00abin vitro\u00bb.  nuestros resultados indican:  * que las neuronas oculomotoras y abducentes se originan en la region ventral al surco intermedio ventral (siv), mientras que las trocleares se originan entre el siv y el surco intermedio dorsal.  * que el periodo larvario se puede dividir en tres fases. En la primera las neuronas son monopolares y no aparecen los componentes contra e ipsilateral del nucleo del nervio oculomotor comun y nucleo del nervio troclear respectivamente. En la segunda se desarrolla la arborizacion dendritica y la organizacion topografica, y, la tercera muestra un patron similar al descrito en el adulto.  * que sobre los nno existe gran variedad de aferencias tanto directas como indirectas.  * que las conexiones sinapticas de los nno se establecen durante el periodo larvario tanto en el sistema nervioso central como en el
