Carme <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se describen nuevas rutas de s\u00edntesis total de dos tipos de heterociclos terac\u00edclicos que incorporan en su estructura una subunidad de estileno: los dihidroindeno (2,1-b) indoles y las nafto (2,1-f)isoquinolinas.  para la s\u00edntesis de ideno (2,1-b)indoles se plante\u00f3 una ruta consistente en la lactonizaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos nitroestirilibenzoicos para dar nitrobencilid\u00e9nftalidas, productos que han sido transformados previamente en indeno (2,1-b)indoles.Se llev\u00f3 a cabo en primer lugar un estudio metodol\u00f3gico de preparaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos estirilbenzoicos mediante el acoplamiento de heck entre 2 yodobenzoatos y estirenos. A continuaci\u00f3n se estudiaron tres m\u00e9todos de lactonizaci\u00f3n por ataque del grupo carboxilo al oxirano, yodolactonizaci\u00f3n y lactonizaci\u00f3n inducida por cucl2. Los ensayos llevados a cabo permitieron establecer que es posible modular la regioselectividad de la lactonizaci\u00f3n para obtener selectivamente bencilid\u00e9nftalidas (ciclaci\u00f3n 5-exo) o isocumarinas (ciclaci\u00f3n 6-endo).  dado que los intentos de lactonizaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos nitroestirilibenzociso para dar nitrobencilid\u00e9nftalidas no tuvieron \u00e9xito, \u00e9stas fueron preparadas por reacci\u00f3n entre el ani\u00f3n de la fatalida y nitrobenzaldeh\u00eddos. La nitrobencilid\u00e9nftalidas as\u00ed obtenidas fueron transformadas en los idneno (2,1-b)indoles siguiendome todos descritos.  en una segunda parte de la tesis se abord\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis de nafto (2,1-f) isoquinolinas. En primer lugar se estudi\u00f3 una aproximaci\u00f3n consistente enciclar fotoqu\u00edmicamente estirifeniletilaminas, preparadas por acoplamiento de heck entre halofniletilaminas y estirenos y generar el sistema de isoquinolina por reacci\u00f3n de b-n. Esta aproximaci\u00f3n condujo a la nafto (2,1-f) isoquinolina en bajo rendimiento.
