La correspondiente teoria para el caso de una variable aleatoria unidimensional, ha sido desarrollada por varios autores, stone y koo 1986, stone 1990, stone y kooperberg 1991.  los modelos logsplines se utilizan para estimular funciones de densidad f, sobre las que no existen mas informacion que la que proporciona los datos.  los resultados obtenidos son:  a) en relacion con los modelos logsplines.  1) construccion de una familia exponencial para estimar f, utilizando splines producto tensoriales para el log f.  2) demostraccion de que existe un logspline f estimador para f y un estimador f para la correspondiente funcion de distribucion.  b) para muestras grandes (x1, x2,&#8230;Xn) y relacionados con los problemas de inferencia para modelos logsplines.  3) existencia de una aproximacion fn que maximiza los valores esperados de la funcion de verosimilitud, e(log fn).  bajo el supuesto de que n  infinito, encuentro los siguientes resultados sobre la eficiencia de los logsplines:  4) una medida para la eficiencia de la aproximacion de fn a f y otra para la aproximacion de fn a f.  5) otra medida para fn que mejora la anterior.  6) una medida para la eficiencia de la proximacion de fn a fn y otra para la aproximacion de fn a fn.  para la obtencion de los tres ultimos resultados ha sido necesario elaborar otros intermedios que afectan a los vectores de parametos
