Por otra parte, la luz induce la sintesis de novo de la encima.  con objeto de avanzar en el conocimiento de los mecanismos moleculares implicados en estos procesos, se presenta el aislamiento y caracterizacion de la secuencia que codifica la fructosa-1,6-bisfosfatasa cloroplastidica de guisante, y su expresion con plena actividad en e.  coli.
