Manuel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo es un estudio del diario del aprendiz como instrumento para aprender a aprender. El diario se define como una forma de autobiografia de un sujeto como aprendiz, en el que se reflejan diferentes aspectos, impresiones y creencias relativas al aprendizaje, con especial referencia al comportamiento extrategico. La informacion de los diarios es analizada bajo los siguientes epigrafes: la metacognicion en el diario del aprendiz, las estrategias cognitivas, las estrategias socio-afectivas y las creencias sobre el aprendizaje y evaluacion de la metodolog\u00eda.  entre las principales conclusiones a las que se ha llegado destacan: la revelacion del diario como un instrumento altamente eficaz en el entrenamiento cognitivo y en el desarrollo del sistema aproximativo de interlengua del aprendiz.
