El sistema considerado es el colesterol en un medio acuoso biliar, en donde coexiste junto con diversas sales biliares y lecitina. El objetivo es el analisis de lo que ocurre al nivel de las interfases colesterol\/disolucion, y su posible influencia sobre los fenomenos de agregacion, o estabilidad en su caso, de tales sistemas dispersos. En este trabajo, la energia superficial se interpreta como resultado de una serie de componentes, cada una de las cuales determina un tipo de interaccion intermolecular.
