En la granada cristiana, es decir, desde fines del s. Xv hasta nuestro siglo.  la particular riqueza artistica y la singularidad del ambiente cultural y social de granada avala el planteamiento, particularmente rico y original en los siglos del barroco, con hitos se\u00f1eros en torno a las imagenes de \u00ab\u00bbla virgen de belen; \u00ab\u00bbsagradas familias\u00bb\u00bb; \u00ab\u00bbvirgen de la soledad\u00bb\u00bb y \u00ab\u00bbvirgen de las angustias\u00bb\u00bb.  cada uno de los grandes bloques (inmaculada; infancia; madre de dios; pasion) se estructura desde una vision iconografica universal; estudio de fuentes nacionales y locales y analisis de las obras concretas con el aparato critico correspondiente.  se completa con un amplio repertorio bibliografico y dos volumenes de reproducciones fotograficas (mas de
