Los resultados indican que la composicion de las membranas se ve modificada por la dieta, tanto por el tipo de acido graso como por la presencia de vitamina e. Se ha observado que los parametros de defensa antioxidante tisular no se modifican por la dieta salvo que esta contenga vitamina e. Los tejidos de las ratas alimentadas con agpi-cl, especialmente de la serie m-6 y m-3, y con vtt.
