La estacion del a\u00f1o, el sistema de limpieza de las ubres, el material predominante en la instalacion de orde\u00f1o, asi como la edad y la superficie interna de la instalacion resultaron ser factores determinantes en la variabilidad de todas las microfloras. Se estudio el grado y tipo de contaminacion microbiana procedente del exterior de las ubres y de las superficies del circuito en funcion de las practicas de limpieza, encontrandose que el sistema de lavado de las ubres influye en la carga microbiana aportada a la leche y condiciona las especies de psicrotrofos y termoduricos presentes.
