Utilizando ctls especificas para distintos alelos y loci de hla, se ha localizado el defecto de estos mutantes especificamente en hla-dpw2. Se han llevado tambien a cabo estudios de expresion de rnam de y de hla-dp en estos mutantes. Se ha identificado el defecto molecular responsable del fenotipo del mutante 45em19 mediante la clonacion y posterior secuenciacion de los genes alfa y beta de hla-dp en este mutante, localizandose el defecto responsable de la falta de expresion de hla-dp a nivel de la secuencia nucleotidica de hla-dp.  por otro lado, se han llevado a cabo estudios de epitopos de hla-dp implicados en el reconocimiento de este antigeno. Para ello se han generado varios \u00abmutantes dirigidos\u00bb de hla-dpb1-02012 y mediante estudios de inmunofluorescencia indirecta y citometria de flujo utilizando anticuerpos monoclonales hla-dp especificos y transfectantes de estos genes silvestres y mutados, se ha localizado el residuo k-69 como un residuo importante en la formacion de estos epitopos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
