Almudena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dado que el captopril actua inhibiendo a la enzima conversora de angiotensina (eca), asi como la degradacion de kininas, deben de producirse modificaciones sustanciales en parametros nutricionales como el consumo de dieta y el peso, ademas de otro tipo de indicadores como la aldosterona, vasopresina, iones como na+, k+ y ca2+, prostaglandinas vasodilatadoras (pge2 y pg 6 ceto f1alfa) asi como del txb2 tras el tratamiento con dicho ieca. Sometidas un total de 90 ratas winstar albinas, normotensas, a tratamiento durante 30 dias con captopril a diferentes dosis: (60 mg\/k peso\/dia y 480 mg\/k peso\/dia respectivamente) se ha comprobado que el consumo de dieta (al 12% de caseina) es significativamente menor, en relacion con la dosis de farmaco administrado.
