Para ello, en la primera parte, se desarrolla un estudio comparativo del pragmatismo de peirce, dewey y wittgenstein y se muestra que estos autores criticaron el ideal de una interpretacion completa, a traves de conceptos y teorias universales, de la racionalidad practica. Asimismo se exponen los origenes de la critica pragmatista a las teorias de la racionalidad formal; en concreto, se estudia la influencia que tuvieron el naturalismo y el idealismo poskantiano en estos autores. En la segunda parte, se sostiene que los pragmatismos de peirce, dewey y wittgenstein no estan libres de contradicciones y que, entre el pragmatismo clasico y el wittgensteiniano, hay una progresiva
