Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral hemos estudiado los efectos y la posible selectividad vascular del elgodipino (elg) en fibras musculares lisas vasculares, comparandolos con los que presenta el nisoldipino (nis). Para lo cual escogimos los siguientes lechos vasculares: arterias:  aorta, basilar, femoral y quinta rama de la arteria mesenterica de conejo, arteria coronaria de oveja y vena porta de rata. Los resultados y conclusiones que obtuvimos fueron los siguientes:  1) ambos farmacos inhibian las respuestas contractiles inducidas por kcl y na o 5-ht en todas las arterias estudiadas, siendo el elg muy selectivo sobre la quinta rama de la arteria mesenterica.  2) ambos farmacos relajaban las contracciones inducidas por kcl o na en la aorta.  3) en vena porta de rata, tanto elg como nis inhibian la actividad miogenica.  4) ambos farmacos producian un desplazamiento hacia abajo y hacia la derecha de las curvas dosis-respuesta al ca, sin afectar a la movilizacion de ca intracelular.  5) por lo tanto, el6 se comporto como un antagonista del ca muy selectivo sobre la arteria mesenterica (quinta rama).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio de un nuevo derivado dihidropiridinico, el elgodipino, en fibras musculares lisas vasculares: comparacion con el nisoldipino.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio de un nuevo derivado dihidropiridinico, el elgodipino, en fibras musculares lisas vasculares: comparacion con el nisoldipino. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Chulia Gomez M.
