Entre los requisitos destacados uno:  las actitudes de los diferentes miembros de la comunidad escolar frente a la integracion de alumnos con nee. Tras la revision bibliografica se perfila una serie de variables de indole personal unas, y de indole situacional otras, como determinantes, aunque con distinto peso, en la configuracion de las actitudes. En nuestro estudio empirico realizado sobre dos muestras, profesores de e.G.B. Y preescolar (368) y padres de alumnos escolarizados en dichas etapas (578) a las que se aplico sendos cuestionarios de actitudes (tipo lickert).  siguiendo los pasos del metodo diferencial llegamos a la conclusion de la experiencia e informacion en relacion al programa de integracion escolar constituye en ambas muestras la variable mas relevante. En la muestra de profesores destaca en segundo lugar la variable edad, ya que los mas jovenes expresan opiniones mas favorables.  por su parte los padres que desempe\u00f1an profesiones de mayor
