En este sentido se desarrolla un modelo de los origenes y un esquema de identificacion de los factores criticos del sector industrial y, a continuacion, se generan unas hipotesis, aplicando el esquema en el segmento del sector hotelero de Madrid y de marbella. Las puntuaciones de los factores claves del exito obtenidas mediante una encuesta personal a los directores de hoteles confirman que el modelo constituye un instrumento potente para la prediccion de
