Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta tesis, ha sido examinar la existencia de toxicidad endotelial por parte de la cya con particular referencia a los mecanismos mediados por gmpc. Se busco cumplir este objetivo general a traves de estudios en tres niveles de complejidad: animal entero, vasos aislados y cultivos celulares.  los experimentos con ach y nps demuestran que ambos agentes poseen un potencial diuretico y natriuretico similar al anp. La l-arg produce un efecto hipotensor que depende de no y ach endogena. La cya altera los efectos renales y vasodilatadores de la ach, lo que implica un fallo en el mecanismo formador de no y no existe efecto directo de la cya sobre las respuestas por nps. La restauracion de la respuesta dependiente de ach corre a cargo del aminoacido dador de no, l-arg. La cya aumenta la captacion de ca2+ en el vaso disminuyendo el gmpc total.
