Aunque la utilizaci\u00f3n del rtp para la obtenci\u00f3n de los siliciuros de iridio es un m\u00e9todo pionero, a partir de los resultados publicados en la literatura para otros tipos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, se plantean como puntos cr\u00edticos la utilizaci\u00f3n de un material de partida libre de contaminaci\u00f3n con ox\u00edgeno y un control exhaustivo de la temperatura y tiempo de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, as\u00ed como de la atm\u00f3sfera donde se lleva a cabo el proceso de silicidaci\u00f3n.  en el desarrollo de este trabajo se han definido rutinas de deposito del iridio y de tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos mediante rtp, que han garantizado que no se produce la contaminaci\u00f3n con ox\u00edgeno.  aplicando diversas t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n (rbs, tem, espectroscop\u00eda auger, xrd, sims, xes y espectroscop\u00eda raman) a un conjunto de muestras de diferentes espesores iniciales y sometidos a tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos a distintas temperaturas y tiempos de proceso, ha sido posible identificar las diferentes fases que se forman para el sistema iridio\/silicio, determinar las propiedades morfol\u00f3gicas de las capas crecidas, sus espesores y las caracter\u00edsticas de las interfases.  los resultados obtenidos han puesto de manifiesto cual es la secuencia de formaci\u00f3n de los siliciuros de iridio en capa delgada obtenidos por rtp, cuales son las fases que se forman, y, mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de un modelo, ha sido posible obtener la cin\u00e9tica de crecimiento de las diferentes fases y as\u00ed extraer los par\u00e1metros relevantes del proceso de formaci\u00f3n, como son, las constantes de difusi\u00f3n del silicio en el irsi y el irsi1.75 y las constantes de reacci\u00f3n para la formaci\u00f3n de estos
