Marta <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Diversas hormonas transmiten su informacion al interior de la celula a traves de receptores especificos de la membrana plasmatica. El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido el analisis de las etapas que tienen lugar desde la formacion del complejo ligando-receptor hasta la produccion de la respuesta biologica, asi como el establecer la capacidad maxima de respuesta de los elementos de la via de se\u00f1alizacion mediante el uso de compuestos que actuan especificamente sobre uno de los componentes del sistema.  el proceso de transduccion se ha estudiado en dos etapas bien definidas del desarrollo hepatico: el estado fetal y el estado adulto, en los que se han comparado los componentes implicados en la movilizacion de calcio, la generacion de segundos mensajeros derivados de la hidrolisis de fosfolipidos, la activacion de enzimas dependientes de calcio, como la proteina quinasa c, y la caracterizacion de receptores de membrana.
