Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente memoria describe diversos metodos ceramicos de preparacion, la caracterizacion estructural y la medida de diferentes propiedades (magneticas, electricas y estabilidad termica) de oxidos mixtos de te (iv), te (vi) y sb(v) con elementos de tierras raras. Los estudios estructurales se han llevado a cabo principalmente mediante difraccion de rayos x y de electrones, con el complemento de difraccion de neutrones en algunos casos y se aportan estudios de analisis termico y espectroscopia infrarroja.  los sistemas estudiados son: 1) oxidos mixtos de te(iv), correspondientes a los materiales ln2te4011(ln=la-lu) y mte206(m=ce, th). 2) oxidos mixtos de te(vi) con estructura tipo perovskita, de composicion mlnlite06(m=ca,sr,ba) y mlamgte06 (m=na,k). 3) oxidos mixtos de sb(v) tipo perovskita de las series la2lisb06 y mlnnisb06 (m=ba,sr).  las aportaciones originales se centran en la descripcion estructural (poliedros de coordinacion de los elementos metalicos, distribucion y ordenamiento de cationes en las posiciones a y b de la estructura, distancias y angulos de enlace), comportamiento magnetico (resultando en todos los casos que no hay fenomenos cooperativos) y conductividad electrica (semiconductores electronicos tipo n, energias de activacion).  como resultado de este trabajo se abren interesantes perspectivas en el dise\u00f1o de nuevos materiales que presenten propiedades especificas en el campo de los conductores (electronicos e ionicos) y magneticas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>\u00aboxidos mixtos de te y sb con elementos lantanidos: sintesis, caracterizacion estructural y propiedades\u00bb<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00aboxidos mixtos de te y sb con elementos lantanidos: sintesis, caracterizacion estructural y propiedades\u00bb <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Lopez Garcia M.
