A continuacion se hace una revision de la anatomia quirurgica y de la embriolog\u00eda. Se revisa la fisiopatolog\u00eda y las indicaciones para el tratamiento quirurgico. Se revisan los metodos de localizacion de las glandulas paratiroides y la tecnica tanto anestesica como quirurgica. Se revisan los metodos para la conservacion de tejidos vivos y los metodos para comprobar su viabilidad.  objetivos: se definen los tres objetivos fundamentales del trabajo:  -desarrollar un metodo para la crioconservacion de glandulas paratiroideas.  -poner a punto un sistema para comprobar la viabilidad del tejido crioconservado.  -comprobar que el tejido crioconservado con nuestro metodo es viable.  material y metodos: se describen los materiales empleados y el metodo de crioconservacion, que consiste en mantener el tejido durante 1 h. A 4 c, a continuacion 2 h. A -20 c, despues 3 h. A -80 c, para pasarlo a continuacion al medio a -196 c producido por el n liquido. La viabilidad del tejido crioconservado se verifica mediante el empleo de suspensiones celulares en las que se varian las concentraciones de ca y mg.  finalmente se determina la hormona paratiroidea en los diferentes medios, por medio del metodo de la molecula intacta.  resultados: el tejido crioconservado con nuestro metodo conserva su estructura y su capacidad funcional tras la crioconservacion, responde a los estimulos frenadores de ca y mg de la misma manera que lo hace el tejido fresco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
