Consuelo C. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mediante la tecnica de espectroscopia de absorcion atomica se ha determinado la presencia de metales (posibles contaminantes) en hortalizas procedentes de mercado, tanto en muestras frescas como en muestras envasadas. Los metales analizados han sido: cadmio, cobalto, cinc, cobre niquel y plomo.  se obtuvieron los valores medios; las correlaciones entre los metales y se comparo los resultados medios de las muestras independientes por medio de la derivacion de la t de student.  los resultados obtenidos, nos indican que existe una presencia importante de algun metal como el plomo, por contaminacion atmosferica; detectandose la presencia en todas las hortalizas de niveles de cadmio medibles.
