Jos\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La bios\u00edntesis de lisina en hongos filamentosos tiene lugar mediante la ruta del alfa-aminoadipato. La importancia de alfa-aminoadipato viene dada por la posibilidad de incorporaci\u00f3n de este intermediario hacia la s\u00edntesis de metabolitos secundarios como los antibi\u00f3ticos beta-lact\u00e1micos penicilina, sintetizada por p. Chrysogenum, y cefalosporina, sintetizada por a. Chrysogenum. En este trabajo se profundiza en el conocimiento de la utilizaci\u00f3n del alfa-aminoadipato reductasas de los mismos. Esta enzima cataliza la transformaci\u00f3n de alfa-aminoadipato a alfa-aminoadipato-semialdeh\u00eddo en la ruta de s\u00edntesis de lisina.  se ha clonado y caracterizado el gen lys2 que codifica para la alfa-aminoadipato reductasa de a. Chrysogenum. La prote\u00edna codificada por este gen (lys2) contiene todos los dominios de la actil-coa ligasas y otras enzimas como las p\u00e9ptida sintetasas, que activan los amino\u00e1cidos mediante atp para formar aminoacil-amp.Asimismo, hemos encontrado el sitio de uni\u00f3n de nadph de las prote\u00edans lys2.  la complementaci\u00f3n de la cepa lg de p. Chrysogenum (alterada en el gen lys2, aux\u00f3trofa de lisina) con el gen lys2 de a. Chrysogenum demuestra que se forma una holo-lys2 funcional, es decir que la fosfopatoteinil transferasa lys5 de p. Chrysogenum puede utilizar la prote\u00edna apo-lys2 de a. Chrysogenum como sustrato a modificar introduciendo el brazo de fosfopantote\u00edna.  se ha demostrado que la adici\u00f3n de lisina a medios de fermentaci\u00f3n no ejerce represi\u00f3n sobre la actividad alfa-aminoadipato reductasa de a. Chrysogenum y p., Chrysogenum. Por otra parte, se observa un fuerte efecto de inhibici\u00f3n \u00abin vivo\u00bb por lisina.  el nitrato en diferentes medios de fermentaci\u00f3n, ocasiona una disminuci\u00f3n acusada de la actividad alfa-aminoadipato reductasa, as\u00ed como de la concentraci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna lys2.
