Este trabajo intenta dilucidar estos aspectos utilizando tecnicas que detectan anti-po nativo (cie y elisa) frente a las que detectan anti-ro desnaturalizado (inmunodolartius).  la presencia de anticuerpos anti-ro es mas sujestiva de les pues es el diagnostico mas frecuente la respuesta anti-ro esheterogenos. En les predominan anti-ro 60 ka y 52 kd en ar anti-ro 60, en sind. Sjogen y len anti-ro &#8211; 52 y en lecs anti-ro nativo y anti-ro 60.
