Tanto el receptor como las moleculas unidoras toman maximos de expresion en edades fetales del desarrollo del hipotalamo y cerebelo mientras que el igf-i parece no estar modificado. Por otra parte el sistema igf-i se regula en cultivos neuronales y gliales hipotalamicos por distintos factores humorales. El 6-fgf y el 17-bestradiol aumentan los niveles de receptor mientras que el igf-i tiene un efecto depresor sobre los niveles de su propio receptor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
