analizamos el contexto de la formacion ocupacional nos damos cuenta de la cantidad de planes, programas, cursos y acciones de formacion dirigidas a los formadores de formaci\u00f3n para el trabajo, acciones que son, en muchos casos, muy diferentes, porque distintas son las instituciones que la organizan. adem\u00e1s, hay que decir que los procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n de estas acciones de formaci\u00f3n para valorar la calidad son escasos.  estos supuestos justifican esta tesis que tiene como objetivo valorar la calidad de programas de formaci\u00f3n de formadores, evaluando, para ello, su dise\u00f1o, su desarrollo practico y los resultados obtenidos.  se ha seleccionado, por otra parte, una muestra de cuatro programas de formacion de cuatro instituciones, dos consultoras de formacion y dos departamentos universitarios que mediante la combinacioin de metodolofis cuantitativas y cualitativas y utilizacion de procesos de triangulacion de instrumentos,&#8212;&#8212;,
