El eje del planteamiento del estudio esta delimitado por cuatro topicos: formador, formacion continua, competencias profesionales y formacion de formadores. Para ello, se recurre a una metodolog\u00eda que equilibrie el posicionamiento cuantitativo y cualitativo con el fin de averiguar el dise\u00f1o, desarrollo y resultados de los programas de formacion de formadas, los contenidos y las capacidades.
