Mediante el elisa indirecto desarrollado se puede cuantificar entre un 1 y 50% de leches de vaca o de cabra, y mediante el elisa sandwich entre un 0,1 y 25% de leche de vaca, y entre un 1 y 100 % de leche de cabra.  tambien se estudio la influencia de los tratamientos termicos de la leche en la deteccion de leches de vaca y cabra por estos tipos de elisa, observandose que la sensibilidad del elisa indirecto no se ve afectada, mientras que la del elisa sandwich se ve muy disminuida por los tratamientos termicos superiores a los 70 c.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
